start cultivating tea and now it is being cultivating all over the world.
Except water, no other drink is consumed as tea. Studies or researches found
that green tea, in perticular, has so many health benefits. Described below are
some of the benefits of taking green tea:

Green tea lowers total
cholesterol and rises HDL (good) cholesterol. It also lowers LDL (bad)
cholesterol – according to some studies.

enough caffeine (though less that coffee) to produce an effect. Moreover, green
tea contains amino acid L-theanine that works with caffeine and improves

Green tea is a very good
source of powerful antioxidants that lower the risk of various types of cancer,

ovarian cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, skin cancer
and stomach cancer.

Green tea controls the
blood sugar level. It helps to prevent the development of type 1 diabetes. If a
type 1 diabetes patient takes green tea regularly, it slower the progression of
type 1 diabetes.

Green tea protects the
brain in old age and it lowers the risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s
diseases.
7.
Green tea contains
catechins that prevent the growth of bacteria in teeth. For this, the risk of
infection is lowered and dental health is improved. It also reduces bad breath.
