Physical Exercise: How Much Do We Need Every Day?

It is a very old debate that has still been continuing among experts that how much daily physical exercise is good for health or how much exercise do we really need every day for a healthy life.



Some experts say that every day 30 minutes excercise is enough, some other say that the more you exercise, the more good for health. The latest guidelines regarding physical exercise says that 150 minutes excercise per week is beneficial for health. However, nothing is said in that guidelines about the upper limit of exercise or the maximum time of exercise.


Researchers found that those whose do exercise for 150 minutes every week, their risk of heart attack in the next 14 years is 31 percent less from those who do not exercise. those whose do exercise for 450 minutes every week, their risk of heart attack or other health risk is 39 percent less from those who do not exercise. However, many experts think that it is good not to do any kind of rigorous exercise for a long time.


One researcher of Jame Cook University, Australia opines that 150 minutes exercise every week is good for the body, though it is of no harm for those who are used to do exercise for a long time. But it is not a wise thinking that they will be more benefitted from the long time exercise.
