Garlic is very much beneficial for health if it is eaten in the morning on an empty stomach . In some researches, scientists have found evidence that garlic makes antibiotic inside the body in an empty stomach which protects the body from various diseases.



Garlic prevents hypertension or high blood pressure. It does not just increase blood flow, it also keeps away heart related problems. Besides, garlic also helps to keep liver and bladder healthy.
