Belly Fat – 6 Proven Ways to Lose

Belly fat is always frustrating. Once belly fat is grown, it keeps growing. Many people do not eat propoerly or eat less than required to get rid of belly fat. But this not eating tendency has a very bad effect on our health and we become sick in the long run.



By eating propoerly we can reduce the belly fat. If we want to reduce belly fat very fast, we need to do some effective works. Let us try.

1. Eat every after 3 hours: Make a habit to eat every after 3 hours. Eat less every time that will give you energy for the next 3 hours. As you are eating every after 3 hours, you will generally eat healthy foods.

2. Write down how much calory you are taking: Suppose you need 2,000 calory every day as per you age, height and weight. Now if you deduct the sleeping time, you need to eat 6 times a day. Therefore, you have to take 333.33(2,000/6)calories every time.

3. Eat good fat, avoid bad fat: Oily foods are resposible for belly fat that contain more bad fat than good fat. Avoid those foods that are cooked in sinky oil. Eat those foods that contain Omega 3 fatty acid.

4. Eat natural carbohydrate foods, avoid processed: Processed carbohydrate foods contain only bad fat. On the other hand, natural carbohydrate foods are very good for our health. Avoiding carbohydrate, you will not be able to lose you weight and belly fat.

5. Eat 1 gram protein for 1 pound weight: If your weight is 150 pound, you need to eat 150 grams protein every day. As you are eating 6 times a day, you need to take 25 grams (150/6) of protein every time.

6. Drink plenty of water: Drink water every after fifteen minutes. If you are a male you need to take 3.5 litres of water every day and if you are a female you need to take 2.5 litres of water every day.
