There appear a light fold in forehead, lower part in skin of the eyes as age grows. To remove this wrinkles, use two tablespoons of olive oil mixed with little aloe vera oil and massage it on the skin.

Hair beauty:

You can use olive oil for hair care. Mix two tablespoons olive oil with an egg to make a paste. Apply this paste on your skin. Keep it for 20-30 minutes and then wash it by mild warm water. It will increase the brightness of the hair.

Make-up:

Many women use foundation during make-up. Use 1-2 drops of olive oil on the face before make up. This will help to look the skin bright after using foundation. However, this is applicable only for dry skin.

Removing make-up:

Removing make-up from the face is very frustrating. But with the help pf olive oil, make-up can be easily removed. Take a cotton ball, give some olive oil on it and gently massage.

Lip care:

Olive oil can be used instead of lip balm and vaselin. Clean the lips and apply olive oil on it before sleep. If you use olive oil before applying lipstick, it will keep your lips soft.

Foot care:

Use of olive oil in foot care is uncomparable. Make a scrub mixing one teaspoon salt and olive oil as required, massage this scrub on foot.

Lose weight:

To lose body weight, you can drink olive oil. Drinking 2 tablespoons olive oil before taking breakfast will increase the digestion power.

Bring moisture on the skin:

Wash your face with mild warm water and apply olive oil with the help of cotton and massage. After 10-15 minutes wash face with towel soaked in mild warm water. Mix olive oil with little water and massage all over the body after shower. It will work as a very good moisturiser.

However, many experts think that it is good not to do any kind of rigorous exercise for a long time.


One researcher of Jame Cook University, Australia opines that 150 minutes exercise every week is good for the body, though it is of no harm for those who are used to do exercise for a long time. But it is not a wise thinking that they will be more benefitted from the long time exercise.
