Garlic Benefits
Garlic actually does more than we think. An adult person can take
upto four clove of garlic each day – says University of Maryland Medical
Center. Total weight of the four cloves may be maximum 4 grams. Garlic can be
taken in various forms such as powdered, minced, salted or in supplement form,

Garlic against Acnes:
Galic acts as a natural remedy to fight against bacteria that
causes acnes. Its antioxidants kills those bacteria. Rub a sliced clove of
garlic on the pimple for a most effective natural treatment.
Garlic against Cold:
Daily dose of garlic, rich in antioxidants, strengthen our immune
system. If someone is caught by cold, garlic tea will relief from cold. Garlic
can be stemed in hot water and honey or ginger can be added for better taste
and then the mixture can be taken.
Garlic against Hair Loss:
Garlic has plenty of keratin which stimulates growth and
fortification of the hair. Garlic gel can be used against hair loss.
Garlic against Blood Pressure:
Garlic can be used to lower the blood pressure.
Besides these, garlic does the following:

- Ingesting garlic reduces cardiovascular diseases.
- Garlic heals from fungal and bacterial vaginal infections.
- Garlic strengten our immune system because it as plenty of Vitamin B6 which is also essential for growth of new cells.
- Garlic enhances the insulin level in blood and regulates blood sugar.
